PROVE IT! MEASURING TRAINING IMPACT FOR THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

If there's one thing we know for sure, it's that the 4th Industrial Revolution will force us to MEASURE and REPORT our impact.  Whether you're an internal L&D function or an external training provider, you'll have to PROVE you add value to the business.  If you can't, you'll quickly be replaced by someone or something that can.  So, do you become irrelevant and extinct, or do you adapt and survive?  How do you want to play it?

TIME TO INVEST IN PEOPLE


This is it!  The reckoning.  When the dust settles we'll all know who the true leaders are in the corporate world.  Did they put profit first or their people first?  Forget all the artfully-worded missions about how everyone in the company is "family" and just ask yourself one question - did they treat you like family?  Did they protect and provide for you? Did they consider your well-being and put you above the bottom line? Most won't of course - but the ones who do will be rewarded handsomely post pandemic...

CAN TRAINING GET RID OF WRINKLES?
