We all know DEI training is good for people, but is it also really good for the business bottom line? What type of ROI can stakeholders expect from a solid DEI initiative?  In a recent case study with Indeed, we actually measured the impact of their Inclusive Manager Program from Level 1 satisfaction all the way through business impact at Level 4 and ROI at Level 5.  We even took our measurement to Level 6 - measuring climate factors back on the job that maximized the impact of the training.  See the full study here...
